The first thing I noticed was the almost random splatter of the makeup. This creates a real feeling of rain, like the rain actually fell onto her face and coloured her.
I love how, just, seemingly random this peice is! There's no real pattern, just...there. (Like rain
The blue shimmer on the eyelashes is beautiful, it adds just the right touch to the green-gold of the eye to the blue outside. It makes the colours work even better then they do.
Speaking of colour, I love the sparkles on this one~! There are different tones of sparkles, and they seem very alive, thriving, where they are. I'm not one who usually like sparkles, but you did a good job with theese
The brush strokes are very neat on this peice, and seem to flake, like the world is peeling away from itself from lack of rain. I dunno, maybe that's just my interpertation of it, but that, to me, seems like a very cool concept.
Also, the eye in general, is just, stunning. It looks alert, yet quiet. Watching, but not acting. This also adds yet another nice touch.
All in all, this seems original, has a great technique, vision, and a ton of impact!
