sexy. very very chic and girly, very district 4.
i would maybe add a bit more blue green just cuz i think district 4 was the whole fishing and sea food district. im not sure. if im wrong im verrryyyy sry!!! lol:) i see a lot of effort in this detail work its fabulous!!!
i caught s little mascara stringing in the corner of ur eye:) not a bad thing but not good either. just watch for little things like that. i think this is really nice!!! overall, a very high score. well done!!! once again....lol luv it!!

I dont read hunger games. But i will do this:
The signal inside its eye gives it a distinct look, and the color makes the outside really shine and stand out. The glitter is great because there isnt too much thats overwhelming and ruining the picture. Also not to many lines, jsut enough. The lashes are a very decent length. It isnt covering the eyeball in the top and isnt covering the glitter on the bottom. This is just such a perfect artwork, im almost crying! I mean that! this is just so fantastic! Anyone who puts bad comments, BE PROUD! That means they are jealous of this beautiful talent god has given you. Keep it up Pixie. As long as i breathe i will love your work and encourage you on.

oh my gosh, I had no idea this was Hunger Games, and I saw the Mockingjay pin and I was like, "i'm gonna post that and see how many people saw it!" then i read the description (and title... lol) and i was very disapointed. ahaha SUPER cool makeup though.
