Also i think that the gemstones look slightly out of place and a little bit Christmas-y. Orange or yellow instead of the green would have flowed with it better.
I love what you did on the eye lid! the bright fiery look complements the pumpkin very well and contrasts very nicely with the blue. the red in your brow and the lines coming off your eye are also a really nice contrast to the blue.
It's very rare to see that shade of blue used for Halloween (unless its used for a ghost or zombie) which is why i gave you full stars for originality.
the pumpkin its self is why i gave you almost full stars for vision and impact! It pops out and makes itself noticed in the most fabulous way but it's a little unpolished around the edges. The eye of it in particular has an orange blotch on it and the mouth has some blue showing around the teeth. it'd be nice to see it cleaned up a bit.
