The use of a dark backdrop for all those colors gives your brush marks the right contrast, a bluish tint of skin hints at an otherworldly quality, and I really am intrigued by the rainbow gauge in her ear. Her hair is not a style I favor, personally, but it still echoes the bold coloration of what is visible of her garment. I would have liked to see less drips on her hair and more extra lines to show some sort of movement either toward or away from her general facial area. That being said, your grasp of the dimensions of a delicate female face is wonderfully obvious, and the shadows give just enough expression to remind her of being mortal.
