The colors seem to fit perfect together. I love that you didn't use so gaudy colors, but also darker and mystical colors. I also love a lot the colorful "tears" and the "over sized make-up", what gives you the feeling of looking more into a gods than a humans eyes.
The pattern looks a little bit psychedelic, but that just emphasizes the mystical and gorgeous view one gets on the drawing.
The face (form, eyes, nose, mouth, ears, cheekbones, chin and neck) look very natural and realistic, you perfectly hit the shadows and one really gets the feeling the the person in looking into your eyes and she really looks like a lady.
All in all i would say that you got an amazing drawing, where nearly everything fits together and that leads you into another world. Very well done!
