I love how you didn't call it makeup art, you called it eye art... and that's exactly what it is, you just take the portion of the face with the eye and turn it into a canvas. This piece is no different to any of your works. It's inspired and it captures that inspiration through magnificant colour and texture as always in your work. It's not just the texture and the colour but the way it's done, if a friend were to show me this without me ever seeing it before I would immediately think Pixie Cold, That is one reason why I LOVE this piece. There is no colour there for no reason every part plays a part and it all makes me think Peacock. Just Fabulous and I would expect no less from your Gallery
5 for Vision because it's executed so much differently than other similar pieces. 5 for Originality because you made the whole peacock thing your own 5 for Technique because it's all pieced together so flawlessly and everything plays a part. 5 for Impact because it is just striking, the jewel and the feather framed by the vivid colour just hit you straight off.
i loooooooooovvvvvveeee this soooo much!! i rthink its totally fantastic. the idea is great, tho i have seen it b4. that little jewel is a great touch. its not overpowering but attention getting i would have done brown mascara just because there is brown in the peacock feather. i have always wondered.... what happens after you do the makeup? do you ever go out in public with it? or do you just wash it off after? i would totally get you to do my makeup for Halloween anytime!!! once again, i suggest using foundation b4 just cuz u can c freckkles and everything in ur skin and it would b alittle cleaner if u did i am totally in love with this look cant WAIT to c more!!! -kk
