"Insectophobia" is a great theme as many find bugs scary and/or disturbing. The reason I am critiquing this one is I myself do not like bees. A part of me fears them and so I hate them, but this piece is so beautiful I can look straight at the bees and not feel any nervousness what-so-ever. I like how you also added bits of flower petals and that your eyelashes look like a bee’s stripes. Even if you removed the bees, your use of make-up and glitter really does make this look complete and you would know that the theme of this is bees even if you had no actual bees there. Great work, I am interested in seeing what insect you’ll choose next.

Oh and even though you clearly don’t have "Insectophobia” I do have to commend you for doing this, even if you’re not scared of them it must take courage to put them so close to your eye.

WOW!!! Very impressive! Noe I actually suffer a form of insect phobia, more specifically apiphobia (bee phobia) but once I got over the initial freak out... this is really amazing! The way you've arranged for the make up, petals and bees to flow from one to the other for maximum impact! And then the colors all blend together. :33

It's also kinda cool how the eye is turned to the bees like 'Oh god what are they going to do?!" I'm also glad you used bees that had already passed on from other causes and might just been tossed out.

I hope you don't mind. If you don't like it I can take it down, but if you like my drawing I can leave it up there. Thanks anyway.
